Construction:
The top of the cap opens in two layers. Large cutouts run through the outer shell from brim to crown, and underneath them sits a second layer of leaf-shaped vents. When heat starts to build, it starts at the top first. That's exactly why the vents are there. The heat rises and clears through both layers instead of getting trapped under the fabric.
The brim is fully rebuilt. Its raised side edges guide sweat off to the side, instead of letting it run straight down.
At the back, a metal buckle keeps its tension. The loose end of the strap tucks inside the band, so nothing flaps behind the head.
Three logos in total. One on the side, matched to the fabric colour. One on the back. One stamped into the buckle. The front stays blank.
Materials:
Shell: AeroShell — a mid-weight structured polyester fabric that holds the cap's shape on its own.
Hardware: a metal slide buckle on an adjustable strap.
Weight: around 90g.
Fit:
A low crown and a curved brim. Fits around 55 to 60 cm, set by the metal buckle at the back.

The Technology
AirLeaf Vents
Two layers, one job. Big cutouts open the shell from brim to crown, and the leaf-shaped vent layer underneath lets heat rise straight through instead of trapping it against your skull. Real airflow, without bare holes letting everything else in.
Sweat Management
Extended Sweatband
The sweatband wraps deeper than a standard cap — covering more surface area so it catches sweat before it starts running. Soft, quick-drying, and built for long sessions in the heat.
Sweat Redirection
Raised Brim Edge
A raised edge along the brim channels overflow sweat sideways — before it reaches your eyes. Less wiping, clearer vision, even when the heat is on.
