Shipping policy
Customer Responsibility
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers in accordance with the shipping carrier’s terms and liability policies. These terms may limit or exclude liability for loss, theft, damage, delays, or abandonment of packages.
Stead Essentials does not provide additional insurance or coverage beyond what is offered by the shipping carrier and cannot be held responsible for any issues occurring after the package has been transferred to the carrier, including but not limited to lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or abandoned shipments.
By placing an order with Stead Essentials, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Phone number:
If an order is placed without a phone number, we cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, or undelivered shipments. Carriers often require a valid number for delivery updates or issue resolution. Even if the phone number field appears as “optional,” any delivery problems caused by a missing number fall outside our responsibility.
Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days.
Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $79 USD: flat rate $6.99 USD shipping
Orders $79 USD and above: free shipping (applied automatically at checkout)
Shipping Time:
Estimated shipping time is usually 7–15 business days (Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.)
There are some factors affecting shipping that are beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Errors by the shipping company
Despite our limited control over these variables, we will try our best to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.
Logistics and Carriers
Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics network and dispatched via established global shipping carriers including Yun Express, 4PX, and similar partners. Last-mile delivery is handled by the local postal service in each destination country:
- United States: USPS
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail
- Australia: Australia Post
- New Zealand: NZ Post
- European Union: local national postal services
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is your responsibility to handle these charges. If you need clarification on the rates, kindly get in touch with your country's customs office.
Important: Stead Essentials cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with the customs authorities, and we lack control in this matter.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Since orders are quickly shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation. If processing or shipping has already started, we are unable to cancel the order, and you would instead need to initiate a product return.
