Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@steadessentials.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send confirmation along with return instructions. Approved returns should be shipped to:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can contact us for any return question at support@steadessentials.com.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies..

Orders are shipped using the delivery address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring the address is accurate and complete. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipment is delayed, misdelivered, lost, or returned as a result, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.

If a package is not collected, refused, abandoned, or returned due to customer error or failed delivery attempts, the order is considered fulfilled. Any reshipment, if approved, will require payment of new shipping costs. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us so we can provide the return instructions and return address. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.

Refund method: Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, etc.). We do not issue refunds as store credit, gift cards, or via bank transfer.

Refund arrival time: Once approved, we process the refund within 10 business days on our end. After processing, it typically takes an additional 3 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account, depending on their processing times. Total expected arrival: 10 to 20 business days from approval.
